Summer Yoga Tue & Thur evenings!
Summer Yoga: Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 7-8pm!
Hatha Yoga on Tuesday's 7-8pm
This gentle yoga class is for everyone and a great beginner class to get started and get back into yoga. Maureens extensive knowledge will guide you safely into poses to improve flexibility and reduce stress levels.
Flow Yoga on Thursday's @ 7-8pm
This multi-level class will give you a great workout while building strength and release tight hips, legs and back. Laurel will help you increase strength & flexibility safely and finish with a great relaxation to leave you feeling energized and restored!
Your teens, friends and family are welcome..first trial class free!
