To get you motivated and inspired this month, we are adding a New After Work Bootcamp class to our lineup. By popular demand, our evening Yoga on Tue & Thur is continuing in the fall and we are welcoming our new Personal Trainer Cheryl to the team!
After Work Express Bootcamp
Tuesdays @ 5-5:45pm with Barb
start Sept 13th!
Total body strength where you need it - core, back, upper body and hips! Great way to get fit, toned and have FUN!
Mond, Wed & Fridays @ 12noon!
Join this amazing total body workout and get guaranteed
fit and strong.
Using equipment such as TRX, balls, BOSU, free weights etc
we take you through strength circuits and intervals
with focus on proper form and safety. All levels welcome!

Triathlon Spin Classes back this winter again!
This popular class will resume first week of November with pro-triathlete Alex VanderLinden
Start with 90min ride and 20-30min run off the bike
and build over the winter to a 2+hr ride with longer run off the bike,
all under the great guidance of coach Alex!

Personal Trainer to the Come Alive Team: Cheryl Carter!
With over 20 years of experience, Cheryl is an inspiring, energetic and highly knowledgable personal trainer and instructor. With her background in physiotherapy and certified in Functional Movement Screening, she delivers safe functional programs to all her clients - always with great energy and focus on fun to create a balanced lifestyle.
We are so happy to have her join our studio. Welcome Cheryl!
