Our Winter class schedule - come try first class free!

Here is our 2016 Winter Class lineup:

 

 

Lunchtime Express Bootcamp 12-12:50pm:

 

Build functional total body strength

and core using TRX, Kettlebells,

BOSU, stability balls and more!

 

Monday with Laura

 

Wednesday with Annika

 

Friday with Barb

 

 

 

 

 

 Spin & Core:

 Mondays and Thursdays @ 6:15-7:45pm with Kelly - *Spin 60min + Core 30min

 

  Spin & Yoga:

 Wednesdays @ 5:45-7:15pm with Annika -

 *Spin 70min + Yoga 20min

 

 Spin & Strength (spin 30min + weights 30min):

 Mond 9:30-10:30am with Annika and

 Thursdays @ 9:15-10:15am with Sandi

 

 

EnduroRide with Kelly!

Saturdays 8:30-10am - great for all cyclists to get ready for the cycling season under excellent guidance of WCC coach and trainer Kelly Ellis!

 

 

Triathlon Spin with Alex!

 

Sundays 8-10am -

 

Join Alex VanderLinden, pro triathlete, and our great group of triathletes on Sundays to get ready for the triathlon season!

 

Learn, build fitness and enjoy some social fun with local fellow athletes!

 

2hr Ride + optional run after

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Hatha Yoga / Yoga  Flow / Pilates & Yoga Combo:

 Mond 1:15pm - Pilates/Yoga combo with Annika

 

 Tue 9:30am - Pilates/Yoga combo with Annika

 

 Wed 1pm - Hatha Yoga with Maureen

 

 Wed 7:45pm - Hatha Yoga with Maureen

 

 Thur 12noon - Pilates/Yoga combo with Annika

 

 Thur 8pm - Yoga Flow with Laurel

 

 Frid 9:30am - Yoga Flow with Annika
