Fall is upon us and October is going to be a great month...a month of CHANGE!

 

To motivate and inspire you, we are adding more classes to the schedule! We welcome our new yoga instructor Lisa Bourque and her Monday Vinyasa Flow class! We are adding another evening Bootcamp with Barb on Wednesdays @ 7:45-8:30pm. 

 

As the weather turns colder and the leaves start to radiate amazing colors, take time to invest in Yourself! And make sure to try our easy Butternut Squash Soup recipe..with Pumpkin Spice!

     Monday 1:15-2:15pm Pilates/Yoga with Annika

 

  Monday 8-9pm Flow Yoga with Lisa

 

 Tuesday 9:30-10:30am Pilates/Yoga with Annika

 

 Tuesday 7-8pm Hatha Yoga with Maureen

 

Wednesday 1-2pm Hatha Yoga with Maureen

 

Thursday 12-12:50pm Pilates/Yoga with Annika

 

  Thursday 7:30-8:30pm Flow Yoga with Laurel

 

Friday @ 9:30-10:30am Flow Yoga with Annika 

 

 

 

Our fall Bootcamp classes are..

 

 

  Monday @ 12-1pm with Laura

 

                    Tuesdays 5-5:45pm with Barb

 

  Wednesday 12-12:50pm with Annika

 

  Wednesdays @ 7:45-8:30pm with Barb -

 Fall/Winter spinclasses are coming..

 

              Wednesday @ 6:00-7:15pm - 

  Spin & Yoga with Annika

 

   Sundays 8-10am - EnduroRide

 with pro-triathlete and coach

Alex VanderLinden

(optional run after)

 

 

*Spinclasses will start back once the weather turn a bit colder.. end of October/early November. Stay tuned!

 

 

 

Easy Butternut Squash Soup

 

1 butternut squash (skin removed, cut into chunks)

2 apples (macintosh, cut in chunks)

6 cups of water

2 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp dried rosemary

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/4 tsp herb seasoning

1/4 tsp nutmeg

 

Cook on stovetop then puree in blender - ready to enjoy!
