Has it really been 3 years already?

When Come Alive Fitness opened it's doors on March 18th, 2013 we had the intention to inspire, motivate and create a place that people would love to come to.
As we look back and reflect, it has been an incredible 3 years filled with fun times, laughter and daily inspiration!
Thank you to all our amazing clients and friends who help make this dream a reality!
We are excited to bring you more classes, events and top of the line personal training and massage therapy to inspire, strengthen, heal and motivate you to live a healthy life!
Exciting News!
Come Alive Fitness is proud to partner up with The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) in support of the
Ride Don't Hide event.
The ride takes place in St. Jacobs on June 26th with a 8km family ride as well as a 47km ride option.
Come Alive is hosting the kick off launch event on Tuesday March 15th, but you can register today at:

This is the time to focus on your health and fitness.

-Sign up for a bootcamp class and commit to it weekly. Or add a weekly yoga class to address stress, injuries or lack of flexibility.
-Book an appointment with a personal trainer and create a personalized plan and workout routine tailored to your needs and goals. Take action now!

A little tasty salad recipe to inspire you!
Cucumber, Tomato, and Avocado Salad
Here’s what you will need:
1 English cucumber
4 Roma tomatoes
3 ripe avocados
½ red onion
¼ cup cilantro
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
