Jenna's tips to Beat the Winter Blues!
HOW TO EMBRACE WINTER AND STAY ENERGIZED..
1. Smile and laugh a lot!
2. Bundle up..dress warmly is key
3. Cozy up to the fire place with some delicious hot chocolate
4. Have a potluck with friends and family
5. Get to the gym and get your workouts in to
6. Meet a friend for a tea
7. Embrace the winter wonderland..go skiing or make snow angels!
8. Do something to make someone else's day better
9. Take that Vitamin D and Vitamin C supplement!
10. Watch the OLYMPICS and cheer for our amazing athletes!!
