Our Cycling classes are:
Cycle 2 Core: Monday's @ 6:15-7:45pm with Kelly
(60min spin, 30 min core - killer combo!)
Spin & Yoga: Wednesday's @ 5:45-7:15pm with Annika
(70min spin, 20min cyclist yoga...perfect for tight bodies to stretch after!)
Cycle 2 Core: Thursday's @ 6:15-7:45pm with Kelly
(60min spin, 30min core)
EnduroRide: Saturday's @ 8:30-10am with Kelly
(90 min spin..bring it on!)
Our Bootcamp classes is another great way to improve your core, build muscles mass to burn fat and prevent injuries.
Our small class settings under excellent supervision will ensure and teach proper form. Learn some new challenging moves and maximize your results in a short time!
