Starting Tuesday September 3rd we are adding more classes to our schedule to help you get motivated
and get in the best shape of your life!
If you are looking to kickstart your body, tone, build strength and improve energy come try our new
Bootcamp with Jenna on Monday's @ 5:45-6:45pm.
If you are looking to heal injuries, relieve tight muscles and reduce stress in your life come try one of
Mary's gentle Hatha Yoga classes:
There is also Spin & Yoga, lunchtime Bootcamps, Pilates/Yoga Combo, and Yoga Flow.
