How do your get started?

 

Here are the steps:

  • we give you an assessment of current health status including postural, flexibility and strength assessment to determine functional problems such as core and posture and set fitness goals.
  • design a tailored fitness program including cardio, stretching, core and functional strength, addressing any weaknesses and imbalances.
  • we cover nutrition and sleep habits and give you guidance for healthy snacks, breakfasts and how to reduce sugar, toxins and foods that drag you down and devise a plan that reduces inflammation and builds energy! To get started and book your free consultation email annika@comealivefitness.com

NEW! 45min Express after work:

Tues 5:30pm w Barb

Wed 12noon with Annika

Frid 12noon with Barb

Sunday 10:30am with Mary

 

Spin & Core / Spin & Yoga:

Mond 9:30am - *Spin 30min/Weights 30min w Annika

Wed 6pm - *Spin 60min/Yoga 15min w Annika

Thur 9:15am - *Spin 30min /Weights 30min w Sandi

Sun 8-10am - 2hr EnduroRide w Alex

(+optional run after)

 

 

 

 

  Hatha Yoga / Yoga  Flow / Pilates & Yoga Combo:

 

 

Mond 1:15pm Pilates/Yoga combo with Annika

Mond 8pm Yoga Flow with Lisa

 

Tue 9:30am Pilates/Yoga combo with Annika

 

Tue 7pm Hatha Yoga with Maureeen

 

Wed 1pm Hatha Yoga with Maureen

 

Thur 12noon - Pilates/Yoga combo with Annika

Morning Detox Smoothie!

Packed with antioxidants - great way to start your day!

 

1 cup of tea (white) chilled

1 cup frozen mango

1 banana

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp grated ginger

dash of cayenne pepper (optional)

ice cubes (optional)
